Following a number of major contract awards, MARCH are looking to hire HVAC installers to work across multiple projects in Cumbria.

We are looking for a number of experienced HVAC Installers to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work on a variety of projects, ensuring high standards of installation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair various types of air conditioning systems,
  • Carry out site surveys and assess installation requirements.
  • Work from technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient installations.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Diagnose faults and perform repairs when required.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of work carried out.
  • Work closely with other team members, including engineers and project managers, to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues to management.

skills and experiences

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Installer
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes
  • Ability to gain SC clearance
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • Valid CSCS Card (essential)

This vacancy pays NAECI rates, and all applicants will be required to hold an ACE/CSCS card and be eligible to gain SC clearance
