As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure the efficient and effective scheduling of Field Service Engineers, enabling timely response to planned service visits and emergency call-outs. The Service Delivery Coordinator acts as the central point of coordination between customers, engineers, and internal teams to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and planning service tasks
  • Managing live service tasks from start to finish
  • Confirming service visits with customers
  • Liaising with customers and engineers daily
  • Planning scheduled services and coordinating with supply chain
  • Organising follow-up visits
  • Handling incoming communications professionally
  • Managing service and breakdown queries
  • Reviewing previous day’s work and engineer feedback
  • Producing customer reports and updating portals
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance customer relationships
  • Achieving KPIs set by the Service Delivery Team Leader
  • Supporting team operations and completing admin tasks (e.g., test certificates)
  • Conducting risk assessments
