Senior appointment to drive growth at Edwin James Group

Edwin James Group has added to its senior team with the appointment of David Mallinson to the newly created role of managing director at Musk Process Services.

The new position has been created to focus on growth in process engineering and maintenance and to support collaboration with other group companies.

Mallinson was previously group managing director at Lorien Engineering Solutions, a specialist engineering division of GP Strategies.

Commenting on the appointment, Christopher Kehoe, chief executive officer at Edwin James Group, said, “We have ambitious growth plans. It’s vital that we capitalise on the opportunities that our combined proposition offers and we felt the time was right to bring in a managing director to oversee the combined Musk business.

“David will play a key role in identifying synergies and ensuring we continue to help our clients manage their assets through every phase of the lifecycle.”

David Mallinson added: “I’m excited to be joining Musk at such a key time. The focus on delivering engineering excellence across the asset lifecycle is plain to see and the group already undertakes a lot of great work for an impressive list of clients. I’m looking forward to working with the Musk team and the wider business as we work together to deliver the next phase of growth.”
