Opportunities

At MARCH® we are dedicated to developing the next generation of engineering talent through our comprehensive apprenticeship programmes. Our apprenticeships offer a unique opportunity for individuals to work, learn, and earn simultaneously, all while gaining industry-recognised qualifications. Whether you are interested in Mechanical/Electrical/Digital Engineering or Business Administration, our programmes are designed to provide you with the skills and experience needed to excel in your chosen field.

Our commitment to nurturing talent is evident through the MARCH Academy, where we provide best-in-class training and support to help you achieve your full potential. From on-the-job training to professional qualifications, we ensure that our apprentices receive the guidance and resources they need to succeed.

Application Process: Applying for an apprenticeship at MARCH is straightforward. Browse the jobs on this page, click on the ‘read more and apply’ button and apply via the Gov.uk job page. The application process includes an initial review of qualifications and experience, followed by an interview and assessment centre where candidates will undergo various tests to evaluate their skills and suitability for the programme. Successful applicants will be notified within two weeks of their interview and will receive further instructions on the next steps.
